Commercial Bifold Doors

Series 410

FoldMASTER™ Bi-fold doors have been designed to complement our other  framing systems. We can snap FoldMASTER™ Bi-fold doors to CentreGLAZE™ or FrontGLAZE™ framing.
This Bi-fold door system has several significant features:
The Series 410 Bi-fold door is an exceptionally strong bi-fold system designed to accept the heavy duty 50mm deep door
profiles. Most other commercial door stiles and rails,  are only 45mm deep. The smaller the profile, the greater the flexibilty of the door members, thus resulting in water and air penetration, and of course in extreme conditions, loss of internal heat or air conditioned cool air, which results in higher energy consumption.
Doors are supported on
bottom rollers. We don't rely on the building lintel to support the panel weight. - Large panels will be heavy. Custom hinges, designed to cope with greater weights, are designed to nest into the stiles and frame.
With doors running on bottom rollers we can fit fixed or opening overlights.
Testing has confirmed that the doors are suitable for air-conditioned buildings and having a water resistance rating up to 450Pa they are suitable for exposed applications.

Series 411

The Series 411 ViewMASTER™ top hung Bi-fold door has been designed to accept the 50mm thick heavy duty Series 50 and 52 doors. The 50mm thick doors are almost 70% stronger than conventional (competitor) 45mm thick doors. This allows us to make this Bi-fold door up to 3000mm high that comply.

Designed primarily for commercial applications with folding doors that will open out or in. Opening in usually required on shopfront installations, but both options available.
The 411 utilises the Centor™ stainless steel E2 and E3 bifold hinge and roller system, considered the premium bifold door hardware available in Australia.

This system also offers many sill options, up to a 450pa water rating. And where weather infiltration is not such a concern, we can provide a rebated "U" channel, that acts as a guide for the bottom of the panels, providing a level and seamless transition from inside to outside living areas.
